Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is located in the delightful village of Relubbus, just outside St. Ives, Hayle and Penzance in the South West of Cornwall. This holiday home is the perfect getaway for couples or larger families. Rose Cottage boasts four generous sized bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is also an impressive enclosed garden that offers a sunken fire pit and outdoor BBQ kitchen and hot tub.

The open plan kitchen/diner provides the perfect place to socialise. The kitchen offers a range of modern shaker style units finished with marble worktops and an impressive breakfast bar/island. The kitchen is well equipped with a large Lacanche range cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and utensils. The dining area offers a large dining table & chairs set in front of a log burner. From here you can access the garden via a side door.

The lounge at Rose Cottage is spacious and opulent and offers plenty of comfortable seating with a mixture of sofas and armchairs. Relax in front of the log burner and enjoy a film on the large Smart TV. French doors lead out onto the wonderful landscaped gardens.

The snug at Rose Cottage is a great space if you're looking for somewhere quiet to read or, if the kids need a bit of space of their own where they can play on the X Box or play board games. Settle down in wingback chairs and enjoy a few pages of your favourite book or watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV.

The laundry room does exactly what it says on the tin and provides you with space to wash and dry your laundry. Here you will find a washer/dryer set among a range of shaker style units, sink and large fridge. There is also an iron, ironing board and high chair. This space also doubles up as a great place to dry off your four legged friends after a long walk in the surrounding countryside- even dog beds, bowls & treats are provided!

Rose Cottage offers four bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and ensuite shower room. There is a double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Smart TV's & hairdryers. Towels are provided and robes are provided in the master bedroom.

A WC is located on the ground floor of the property, the main bathroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a large corner shower and a separate roll top bath. There is an ensuite shower room in the master bedroom.

The outdoor space at Rose Cottage is pretty impressive and beautifully landscaped. Take a stroll around the grounds and take in those amazing views of the countryside. The outdoor BBQ kitchen is a great place to gather, come rain or shine. Here you can prepare your favourite alfresco feasts on the electric grill or take a dip in the hot tub. When the sun sets, huddle around the fantastic sunken firepit and toast some marshmallows or enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple.
